eCommerce Advisor – Canada Digital Adoption Program – Yukon
We are looking for students and recent grads across Canada who are passionate about supporting small businesses to overcome the challenges of digital transformation and succeed in the “new normal” of retail. The Canada Digital Adoption team will be composed of digital innovators, with the proven ability to build meaningful connections and lead through change.
Recent high school graduate planning on pursuing a post-secondary education or currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program at a Canadian post-
secondary institution. Be a top tier communicator (written and verbal). Proven ability to create meaningful relationships through a variety of remote media
and nurture those relationships over time. Possess excellent organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated success in a client facing digital marketing role, including developing strategy, campaigns, and executing projects. Be familiar with digital technologies for small business (e.g: web, social media, e-commerce). Must have access to a computer/laptop. Previous examples of success with the Shopify platform and experience with online and offline marketing would be considered a strong asset.
Communities Building Youth Futures Project Coordinator
This is an exciting and diverse role that allows for a lot of creativity and networking opportunities. Communities Building Youth Futures Yukon (CBYF) is a collective of young people and many community partners who work collaboratively to engage youth in developing strategies that support young people as they transition from teenagers into adulthood. Using a Collective Impact approach, the CBYF Project Coordinator will work with the partner organizations and other relevant stakeholders to support the development and implementation of the CBYF initiative throughout the Yukon.
The Communities Building Youth Futures’ (CBYF) Project Coordinator will be employed through BGC Yukon (formerly Boys & Girls Club Yukon) and will be specifically working on the CBYF Project. The CBYF Coordinator is responsible for supporting the coordination of CBYF Yukon’s projects and initiatives. They will work closely with the CBYF Project Manager to organize and facilitate meetings between partners, recruit and welcome new organizations into the initiative, and support the coordination and implementation of collaborative projects between partners.

This is a fantastic summer job for a student entering or graduating from their last year of high school or a college/university student who is pursuing fisheries, biology, environmental sciences or a related diploma/degree. Being outgoing, friendly, energetic and detail oriented are ideal traits.
