Casey (she/her) is originally from Québec City and has called the Yukon home since 2019. With over 10 years of experience working with youth, she has been part of BYTE–Empowering Youth Society since arriving in the territory, growing alongside the organization through different roles to become its Executive Director.

Casey believes that meaningful change starts with community, relationships, and trust. Her leadership is grounded in the importance of building genuine connections, creating spaces where young people feel heard and valued, and ensuring their voices meaningfully influence the decisions and systems that affect their lives. In her role, she supports a growing team and works alongside youth and community partners to create opportunities for young people to connect. Some of her favourite memories at BYTE are spent on the land, learning alongside young people and building connections through shared experiences. Outside of work, you can often find her admiring the Yukon’s landscapes with her dog, Benji.
