What is the Territorial
Youth Strategy?

The Territorial Youth Strategy (TYS) is a shared vision for a Yukon where all young people feel a sense of belonging and have the support, opportunities, and resources they need to thrive. It provides a framework to guide decision-making, strengthen collaboration, and support meaningful action across communities, organizations, governments, and sectors.

The TYS is a living document that will continue to evolve through ongoing conversations with youth, community members, and decision-makers. Through regular accountability gatherings and community engagement, we can reflect on progress, identify gaps, and work together to turn the strategy’s vision into action.
