We’re all still exhausted from the Atlin Arts and Music Festival last weekend, but that doesn’t mean we’ll ever get tired of hearing young Yukon musicians belt it out.
For the second year in a row, BYTE co-hosted the Atlin Youth Stage, a venue at the Atlin Arts and Music Festival that showcases the talents of some of the best up-and-coming musicians. This year we enjoyed sets from The Morgan Girls, Solid Fuel, Hoarfrost, Zipline, and Soda Pony.
The rec centre was packed with an enthusiastic audience. The bands had people laughing, dancing, and lining up at the doors. BYTE provided free snacks for everyone (a welcomed addition at lunchtime on Saturday!), and our MC Gen Doyon made sure everything ran smoothly.
